Refund procedures

Depending on the judgment of the website administration, you can get a full or partial refund of the amount you ordered. Please get in touch with us within two days of receiving the product(s) if you want a refund. If a consumer receives a product that has been tampered with or destroyed during shipping, the customer may request a refund. The following requirements must be met in order to receive a refund.

1. Only if the product(s) are/are unused, a request for a refund or replacement must  be submitted within two days of the date of receipt.
2. The products' original packaging shouldn't be opened.
3. Within 15 days of you obtaining the product, it must be sent back to us and received. The shipping charges will be covered.
